"Aspiration" in Collaborative Research | Fudan University Faculty and Students Visit Chanse Technology to Advance Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Explore New Opportunities for Technological Growth|CHANSE

In November 2025, with great enthusiasm for exploring cutting-edge technologies, a delegation of faculty and student representatives from Fudan University in Shanghai visited Chanse Technology for a tour and exchange activity.

A person in charge of Chanse Technology first gave the Fudan faculty and students a detailed introduction to the company’s development history, core businesses and technical advantages in the field of pharmaceutical equipment. During the subsequent interactive session, students actively asked questions on topics such as "the competitive advantages of domestic pharmaceutical equipment" and "the enterprise’s talent training model". Members of Chanse’s team provided professional answers one by one, combining the current industry status with the company’s practical experience.

After the exchange, led by Chanse’s R&D director, the Fudan faculty and students visited the clean laboratory and production workshop areas successively. The R&D director briefly introduced the purposes of precision instruments in the laboratory and the core functions of pharmaceutical equipment in the workshop, and answered the students’ technical questions one by one with practical experience, allowing the students to gain an intuitive understanding of the actual scenarios of technological R&D and industrial application.

参观结束后，双方围绕 “校企合作、人才培养、技术创新” 等话题展开热烈交流。复旦的同学们结合专业知识，提出了诸多富有建设性的疑问与思考；创志人事总监也分享了企业对高素质人才的需求与期待，为同学们的职业发展提供了宝贵参考。

After the visit, the two sides carried out lively exchanges on topics such as "school-enterprise cooperation, talent training and technological innovation". Combining their professional knowledge, Fudan students put forward many constructive questions and thoughts. Chanse’s HR Director also shared the company’s needs and expectations for high-quality talents, providing valuable reference for the students’ career development.

This visit and exchange by Fudan University’s faculty and students is an important step for Chanse Technology to deepen school-enterprise cooperation. Going forward, we will continue to build more platforms for school-enterprise interaction, promote the in-depth integration of academic research and industrial practice, and inject continuous momentum into cultivating more interdisciplinary scientific and technological talents and boosting the high-quality development of the industry.
