FT-NIR Process Analyzer
The online near-infrared (NIR) process analyzer is based on the principle of vibrational absorption of chemical bonds (such as O–H, N–H, C–H) in molecules by near-infrared spectroscopy. It enables rapid acquisition of molecular structure and compositional information of materials without destroying samples or affecting production. By collecting and analyzing spectral data in real time, it allows online monitoring and assessment of critical quality attributes including content, uniformity, moisture, density, and mixing status. This technology provides Process Analytical Technology (PAT) support for pharmaceutical manufacturers, enabling visualized and intelligent process management, and ensuring product consistency and regulatory compliance.
