Ointment filling and sealing machine is an ideal solution for low-speed, fully automatic filling and sealing of pre-filled nested containers (pre-filled syringes, injectors, and ink cartridges).
Ointment filling machine adopts a modular design, including synchronous belt workstation rotary table, top tube, label alignment, label lifting, filling, filling opening, filling lifting, sealing, and finished product ejection, with servo motors and modular control designs for all systems. The machine's advanced design concept includes twelve sets of servo motors and twelve sets of drive control systems. The machine design completely abandons the traditional idea of a filling machine driven by the main motor, which drives various cam and linkage mechanisms on the main shaft.
